He is involved in Teaching Ministry (Old Testament and Hebrew) and involved actively in Training and Mobilization for Missions.

History of TI in Zimbabwe:

Has had three meetings with Church leaders since his appointment. He has attempted to explain the role and vision of TI in Africa, but requires more information. He has received some up-dates from Diarra. These leaders have shown great interest in training and TI materials and want to integrate TI into Church life. Gardner is involved in leadership training almost every week and would therefore value more information.

He is seeking to introduce TI into Botswana, and would have liked to have materials in time for a visit there 27th – 29th April. Sadly we failed him there.

Henry Olongo,  Zimbabwe cricketer- fast bowler – in 2003/4 when playing for Zimbabwe he wore black armbands in protest of his improper government. Has left the team and now lives in England. He is a very committed Christian. It is hoped he will speak in Marlborough in the autumn of 2006.
